Who found the costume of the \ "Mysterious Lady \"? (Fallout 4)

Actually, in the comics store on the second third and fourth floors there is a publishing house that publishes these same comics, by climbing the terminals, you can find out that they are filming a television series based on "The Gray Cloak", it also says what they did for the Mysterious Lady (one of the heroines of the comic) the awesome costume and the actress really liked it ... So, in the same building on the fourth floor there is a film studio, where you can find a Gray Cloak costume, a props submachine gun, a groknak barbarian costume, but the TG costume is me I never found it. Maybe someone found it? Or is he not in the game at all?
