Missing quest character (Fallout 4)

The quest "Emojen and her lover" came to the theater on assignment, interrupted the sectarians, took the key, opened the door, but Emojen was not there. The arrow of the task pointed to the place where the quest was taken (house), but it was impossible to go there. In the end, I went there using tcl, but there was nothing there. Looked at youtube, Emojen was supposed to be outside the door in the theater. Going back to early preservation, did not help.
