The problem with GTA V ENG

Good day ! I just recently bought GTA V, or to be more precise, a psn account with GTA V, I decided to take ENG, because everything passed and in general there are no difficulties with the language, but only I am constantly thrown into non-Russian sessions, sometimes with the Turks, then in the USA, is it possible to somehow change this? Thanks !
