We have added a new feature to windows. Something prevented the installation

After installing Windows 10 Pro, I noticed such a (probably) glitch - several times a day at the bottom right, in notifications, the notification "we added a new function to windows" ... and then something like "that something prevented the installation "... and if you click on the notification, then we get to" Manage additional components "... Probably, the system cannot install some language function or something like that. How can this be cured? :)
