Does not start (Mortal Kombat 11)

Before you start to burn and all that. Look at the striped part of the downloads under the play button and you will see there is a striped blue, wait when it fills up. Well, if you have not that, then just preignite it.

It is not in the download, but the fact that steam says the game is running, but it is displayed in a background process and does not start, and sit here guessing what to do)
