Settler teams (Fallout 4)

Is it possible for the people to somehow see what task the settler is performing.
I constantly pull off tasks and caravans and they get lost, I donâ€™t think I understand how to understand who is free and who is in the business of the settlers.

I figured out what to do - one way out to change them. they are digging the grass naked, guards in military uniforms, caravan men in different armor.
it seems now the theme is getting better :)
