Delay (Dota 2)

Guys need help! It's impossible to play either CS or Dota, the delay is just huge. I have a normal GTX660 and AMD FX (tm) 4300 percent. Help me figure it out. Thank you in advance for your help.

Well ofk it's not about the hardware, since there are problems with ping. Fix the Internet, or change the server.

only increases ping, use ethernet.
