Pixel outline around the character. (Fallout 4)

Around the characters some kind of strange white, pixelated contour, very much interferes with the play, how to remove it?

The game runs on medium, nothing slows down, I tried to set the graphics settings below, nothing happens, the pixel contour still remains.

The issue has been resolved long ago, it is necessary to disable the item "sun ray detailing" in the settings

Do not disable. You put Godrays to the maximum and everything is ok.
