Resolution issue in Fallout 4 (Fallout 4)
For the 2nd day I have been suffering with permission. The whole Internet has been crawling - 0 sense. I changed the size in the Fallout4Prefs file, but it did not help, because the launcher resets all settings. It sets 800x600 and I can not do anything, although the required resolution is in the Fallout4Prefs file. The launcher at the beginning always displays the following message on the screen "Fallout 4 is now defining the parameters of your equipment and will set the appropriate settings." Please help with this problem1. run through Fallout4.exe
2. check the Read-only checkbox so that the configs do not rule
3. In the game folder itself there is a Fallout4 / Fallout4Prefs.ini file, perhaps these are the default settings, from where it restores them every time.

After you set your permission, in the file property in which you actually set the settings, assign "read-only" in the attributes
