raspisnoy1: in the launcher, click on "Configuration", then "Video" and select the language (Russian) in "Language" and "Sound language".
Actually, before asking a question, read the contents of the launcher, click on the tabs and see what they offer.

Please help me how to change the language from English to Russian?
