he's not for the ride, it's just a trophy like characters like Gordon and Alfred. But you can change the game files and it will be instead of the standard one, that's the only way.

Here on the site, in the summer, they laid out the dlts for the game. There was this jokermobile. I checked it myself, I traveled almost the entire game on it. But it has a small bug. When boarding and disembarking passengers, the upper part of the door did not open there, but it was quite playable.
