Help me figure out the perks! (Fallout 4)

I can't understand nicherta. How to download perks correctly?
1. And so. I really like the starting pistol (which still gets 10mm in the shelter) - to pump its damage, which perk do you need to download? Perk for automatic weapons or perk for non-automatic pistols?
2. If I want to pump a carbine (there are 2 types of single-shot and well, which quickly shoots at 6 rounds like) - which perk you need to download which 6 rounds - does it belong to the Non-automatic carbine or is it an automatic weapon?
