Full screen mode (Fallout 4)

The game only works in windowed mode. If you turn on the full screen, then a black screen appears, what should I do?

No, I have a license, I think it won't get any better from a crack

Friends, the same bullshit.
I play on a laptop, i7, GTX 850m.

For myself, I solved the problem as follows: I set the screen resolution to 1280 by 720 on the laptop, in the game settings - to the window mode 1280 by 720. I align the window with my hands, then I start the game also in windowed mode, but without frames.
You can play, but of course I want to do it in a normal way. Updated drivers, did not help.
Can anyone have a solution?

In the Fallout4Prefs file (in the documents), set your resolution and the window without frames will be full screen only then do not go into the settings in the launcher, otherwise everything will be reset.
I have it like this:
iSize W = 1600
iSize H = 900

Then you will miss a part of the interface and will not see the lock picking. This method is definitely not suitable for a resolution of 1280-1024.
If you want the config settings not to be reset when entering the launcher, set the Fallout4Prefs properties to "read-only".

I did it in the documents in the Fallout4Prefs.ini file to set
iMaxAnisotropy = 1
iPresentInterval = 1
bTopMostWindow = 1
bMaximizeWindow = 1
bBorderless = 1
bFull Screen = 0
iSize H = 768
iSize W = 1366
and set read only
