A bug or a jamb? (Fallout 4)

I started the game today, played, felt an urgent need to remove the weight limit, well, I don’t like it in the game, downloaded the trainer and started playing, overlooked HP, died, after which I can’t move in first person mode, from the 3rd everything ok I move I shoot, hangs when accessing the terminals, I thought I restarted a lot of weight, threw everything out of my backpack, and it's still such a mess, what should I do? I don't want to start over ... (((
