Deathloop is the only game that this year brought more positive emotions than negative ones.
Unambiguously Encased: A Sci-Fi Post-Apocalyptic RPG would have come out with more such cool RPGs, there is no time for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous yet.
although I would also mention Resident Evil Village.
From what this year really delivered and remembered - Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. It is well deserved to give GotY to her.
Yes, we have Forza Horizon 5 - but these are just mafinks, albeit very beautiful and very pleasant, but just mafinks. It Takes Two walks past the orthodox social phobia who simply has no one to play it with. Kena: Bridge of Spirits is good, but it certainly falls short of the top game. Life is Strange: True Colors just turned out to be a failure. We don't take any remasters into account, of course. And I have no more candidates.
Yes, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, definitely.
Resident Evil: Village is good, technically, plot, gameplay, everything was done to the conscience.
Forza Horizon 5 (yes, this is a copy-paste of old parts, but not such a hack as BF2042 and COD Vanguard)
Tales Of Arise, Scarlet Nexus (both + are good)

Apparently this is a problem with the site, and not specifically with your account. Because I got the same problem starting November 30th. I was surprised that no one had posted about this on the forum yet.
