Optimization (Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

Friends ask for advice.
I got Cold war for black Friday. It starts up for a very long time (black screen hangs), then it loads with creaks into the PC (sometimes not the first time). Then after dancing with a tambourine and loading textures in front of our eyes, it starts working normally after 15 minutes at high settings and as if nothing had happened.
I have already tried adding swap files, reinstalled, launched through windowed mode, everything is useless. It also turns off for a long time.
I watched the reviews on YouTube on my pc, the game is going fine without freezes and lags.
