Skill pumping. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Can you please tell me if it is possible to install a mod so that the pumping of skills is carried out through their use, as in the Enhanced Edition mod. It's just that I don't want to install the mod itself, there are too many things that I don't like, but the skill leveling is done cool. Is it possible to install only it?
