Bug with running on PS4 (Assassin's Creed 3)

Anybody had problems with running the game ?? I just don't understand it really depends on the joystick or not( the settings in the game have not changed, but one controller from slinky it barely runs, and the other from Proshka runs normally) a good example in the video( in the first half I didn't know it would be OK to run with the other joystick)
I 2 weeks I could not this go further + searched all forums and found nothing about this, but watching videos of other people couldn't understand why she runs,and I have barely crawls...
I hope someone can help,I just first time such a bug seen in games that depended on the joystick,not from settings
