The problem with buying and a discount of 20% (Tom Clancy's The Division 2)

Decided to buy the game, have issued a promotional code for a 20% discount, began to order, when you go to the payment page gave a 404 error.
I decided to try again, but the promo code no longer works, wrote to support but they are silent.

The same hat was, but only at the start of sales, deducted points, and eventually bought, then wrote in support that would be returned to those points at which an error, provided the screens with email, after 2 weeks back, but answered too long.

Tech first reported that the code was sent to the email attached to uplay. But this does not always happen that they have the answer to report. And they either re-send code or cancel it and return the coins. At most it was.
