Changing the view to the "V", "Home" keys does not work. Only sound is heard when pressed. In this case, if you switch control only to the keyboard, then it turns out that the function works.Maybe someone came across and was able to solve the problem?

The fact is that in standard control this feature does not work, unfortunately, if the player is on his feet. If you switch to classic control, then this function works there. Therefore, you hear the sound, but the Camera remains static. You can search in mods. It seems like there were scripts to fix such omissions.
