Doesn't start on BLUESTACKS 5.4 (Lineage2M)

I play Android games via BLUESTACKS 5.4 64-bit
I downloaded it installed, I start the screen as it was black and it is.
The PC is powerful, everything is modern, all the firewood is fresh.
The game does not want to start, can anyone come across it.
