Trouble playing Juliana (Deathloop)

When I play for Juliana, the screen twitches all the time. I turn, and the screen is constantly trying to return to its original position, and so you can hardly move. You can forget about aimed shooting, it's impossible to play. In single player, everything is fine, even if other players invade.
