I won't tell you exactly, but texture loading is possible. I also have soap on the 2080 Ti on ultras, but then the textures are immersed (it takes a couple of seconds). You have 1660 Ti, maybe that's the point. But I do not exclude the fact that somewhere the developers themselves could mess with the textures themselves.

Scaling bad textures will not help, but will only aggravate the situation if they do not load for some reason.
