How can you turn off shadows? (Fallout 4)

Hello everyone. To be fair, the lowest game settings are pretty impressive. But I would like to know how you can turn off shadows? I remember that in the Skyrim config, you could easily do this by setting certain parameters to zeros. What should be done in the Fallout 4 config?
