Can't turn in quest (Anno 2205)

Quest in the Arctic. Go collect 4 damn things, give them to the merchant and get 30 oil. The yacht has collected crap, and then nothing else! Here's how to give this shit to a merchant? I click on its base, the yacht stupidly floats up to it. There are no buttons, no reverse trade menu, you can only buy and not sell.

This is also a problem, but with the quest for the construction of the second level of the dam for energy. I loaded 70 units of goods from the spaceport, but I cannot unload at the end point

I ran into the same thing on the moon: I took the goods (they put a green checkmark), but I can't unload and load again too!
Obviously a bug in the game ...
