error when starting application 0xc000007b (ZombiU)

Help someone ... I have already done anything (in the system32 folder and SysWOW64 changed files diretcx updated microsoft visual, net fraemwork.) Nothing helps. Launches with compatibility with all windows.vse exactly the error does not go away .. (it was such an error in the Unity asasina but corrected it changes files in system32 and SysWOW64 (while preserving the original files) put the source files .. everything is exactly the same garbage.

Error Solution was found .. will help with any game, if anyone needs I can tell you how.

Ugly mistake.
I downloaded the prog assembly - directx, framework, etc. Installation is automatic, in German, really. Hope it helps.
