Codemasters announced that DiRT 3 Complete Edition, a bundle of Gamespot's Best Racing Game of the Year and Additional Content worth £ 20 (€ 25), will hit stores on March 9th on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC for £ 29.99 (€ 39.99 ). There is NO difference between DiRT 3 and DiRT 3 Complete Edition (from a technical point of view), only 4 DLS unpacked. When buying with Complete Edition, there is a code for online activation of two DLS with a car, all the others are already present from the start.
To play even on a pirate with missing DLS, you need a GFWL profile with activated DLS (at the moment there is no crack and it is unlikely to be, look at the posts above).
