About Multiplayer Pirate \ "(Carmageddon: Max Damage)

Well, as probably all owners of Repacks of this game have noticed in the Multiplayer Menu, there are 2 under the Online (Internet) menu and Local network, Which in the Repacks cannot be pressed inactive.
The question is: Is it possible, somehow through the files of the Game Configurations, to Activate it and Play Through the emulation of the Local Area Network like Garena?
