This is not a mod. I read on the nexus that this is some kind of HD retexture of armor, but it doesn't say which one.

This is a mod. There is one on the Nexus. There, a separate line in the menu goes to enable / disable the hood.

Isn't it clear that this is the armor from Kaer Morhen? They just attached a hood to it.

Actually, almost all armored vehicles from any schools have the same model. Except for the bear school.
