How to upgrade your players in coach mode? (FIFA 16)

Friends, who knows, please tell me how the development / pumping of football players in the coach's career mode is going on? It used to be clear who plays more often, those pumped faster (although I could be wrong). But now we have added an additional opportunity to train individual footballers.
