Company crashes (Call of Duty: Black Ops 3)

A repack from a person, launched, warns that in Offline, I launch the Company, boot, a video clip starts (it stutters from time to time), then again the menu and says, Connection error, server not found. Which server ? Am I trying to launch a company in Offline? What did I do wrong?

On the torrent tracker they write: â€œIn window mode, there is no black screen after activations and does not ask for access to the network. Then you can switch to the full screen (alt + enter). Well, it just worked for me ... "
