problem of old games on powerful PCs

The other day I downloaded a sateen game Robin Hood the legend of Sherwood, and found that on my laptop the game gives out 2-3 FPS.
Here are the
laptop's specifications : processor: AMD A10 4600M Quad cure
video card: AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series + AMD Radeon HD 7660G 2048 MB
memory: 6 GB. DDR3
Operating system: Windows 10 for one
PS language on this GTA 5 laptop at minimum salaries produces 25-30 FPS

Who knows how this ancient game is optimized for 4 cores, so to speak. In reality, there can only be 1 working, but if the turbo is turned on, then somehow it should pull such ancient games.

For ancient games, there is a plug-in for fixing the FPS and hertsovka cp for the game.

This is a powerful computer for this ancient game, I already found this program
