Patches (Borderlands 2)

Prompt on 10/29/15. Another patch has been released for Borderlands 2, since the last posted patch v1.3.2 is on the same site.
So where can you download the last of the patches or the game itself with the last released patch for it? And will this patch be effective for the Russian version of the game?

And I needed it for the fact that one of the improvements in it there is a Fastball now being dropped from Boll and the chance of Cobra being dropped is increased.
