Crashes after launch. (Divinity: Original Sin)

I decided to do a test run of D: OS EE, the game does not start and gives an error related to the MSVCR120.dll module. Updated Microsoft Visual Studio, did not help, reinstalled the game, did not help. Nobody knows what could be the problem?
PS Steam usually updates DirectX, MVS itself when launching ANY game, and nothing like this happens when you launch this game.
