Startup error. (Batman: Arkham Knight)

After installing the last patch, the game stubbornly refuses to start, gives an error 0x4420f2ad, has anyone else encountered it?

Found a way, well, I did it:
1. Open the file, you can find it here: "% USERPROFILE% Documents WB Games Batman Arkham Knight GFXSettings.BatmanArkhamKnight.xml"

2. Set the Type = "Integer" Value = "1 "on 1 (I already put on 1) and turn on the game.

0 - Windowed (with margins)
1 - Windowed (without borders)
2 - Full screen
