Mouse doesn't work! (Payday: The Heist)

Help. Recently bought Payday: The Heist. Installed. Launched. But the mouse does not work in the menu. The mouse indicates that something is loading. I tried to minimize the game and unfold it back, but it did not work. I did not find anything on the Internet how to fix this problem. Maybe someone knows how to fix the problem?
