Bug quest \ "Sunstone \" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The quest "I will meet with Philippa among the elven ruins", when I turn to Philip, she tells me "The Witcher" and nothing happens from her side.

You don't even need to contact her, you come up and the cut-scene starts. Try to roll back saves.
