Sims 3 with all the add-ons and catalogs is eating a lot of resources, even more than Kryzis 3 on the ultra.
The only thing that can be advised here is to download the version of the game where there are as few add-ons as possible. In particular, cut down directories (they load the game heavily). Ideally, you should be playing a clean game with a couple of large addons. And if it is still buggy, then without them.

About krayzis 3 on ultras you certainly bent, if there are a lot of add-ons, you just need a normal SSD if there are a lot of add-ons
