What program to open the dds file? (FIFA 15)

Let me explain, I can not install CM15.
I try to shove the faces (minifaces) through the fifa master, but the png file does not want to get into dds. How can you fix this problem?

if you need to recode from "png" (or other similar) to "dds" or vice versa, then personally I use the program "xnview" - it works with a very large number of formats.
