Dungeon Siege 3 - Toolkit. (Dungeon Siege 3)

Hello everyone! As a moderator (modder) and a person who knows not by hearsay Dungeon Siege in all its mods and manifestations, I am interested in information about the editor for DS3. If someone has heard about the editor and the time of its release, please unsubscribe, I will be very grateful.
Although it's not a fact that it will come out at all - the opinion of many people on other forums, including mine. But nevertheless, I would like to know if someone has heard about this.

It is clear that modders died out here a long time ago (if at all there were such, serious and cool mods I have not seen here: - ), and moderators, as usual, in the afternoon with fire cannot be found .... To see my disastrous question :(

I dug up something about a month ago. Found a couple of progs with which you can view the contents of the main file in the game and extract resources from it. Another plus is a program that packs game files, but it is a little limited in its capabilities. These two programs are not official, they were concocted by some foreign programmer on a wave of enthusiasm for people. And many thanks to the emu for that !!!
But all the same, I would like the developed DS3 to release their own plugins, I really hope.

There is a program on the Internet for viewing archives and extracting content from them. The content can be edited, then sent on the date, this is how it will work. The simplest thing is to use a text editor to change the drop chance for blue items.
