Additional graphics settings (FIFA 19)

The launcher is very scant number of graphics settings.
Is there a file or method where you can specify additional settings, like shadows, lights and so on?

in divorce the same settings as in the launcher
I just play sometimes retarding, although it is a stable 60fps
