Launcher.exe Error (Spider-Man: Web of Shadows)

My Launcher does not start. And I need to configure the control. I think he needs some kind of KERNEL32.dll Help please.

. I don't have that. Download this file http://ifolder.ru/11536833/ and drop it into Documents and Settings User Local Settings Application Data Activision Spider-Man Web of Shadows. It should start. If anything, there you can change the graphics settings (well, the controls, but I don't know how).
