Launching GTA 5 in Full Screen Borderless Mode (Grand Theft Auto 5)

On a computer, the standard resolution is 1920x1080, I try to put 1600x900 in the game, the game starts in a full window, but with a black frame around the perimeter, and it does not unfold in full screen, how to solve the problem?

I guess it depends on the video driver. If it does not stretch non-native resolutions to full screen, then most likely nothing can be done without some special fixes.
