Camera bug. Free flight (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I moved away from the game, putting it on pause, and when I returned, something went wrong ... the camera untied from the character and I could only move it! The character itself did not move, while all other commands worked, and the cursor in the pause menu did not move. Recorded a video of the flight over Novigrad.

What is real? Haha, dude, you have no idea how confused you put me! After all, I really didn't know about this, I installed the console a couple of days ago and have not used it yet.
