Skill bug \ "Increased resistance \" in patch 1.10 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The problem is that the skill does not give resistance. I downloaded the alchemist, put skill points into this branch, but somehow did not pay attention to the number of intoxication points. And now I have a good brew. I drank, I look even very badly with intoxication, although the resistance skill is pumped 4/5, i.e. should increase this parameter by 20%. I go to the statistics of the character, and there the level of intoxication is 70/100. Then I went into the skills, removed this skill from the slot and look at the statistics again - nothing has changed. I don’t understand, half a year since the release and such a terrible bug ?!
