Game settings. (Just Survive)

How to achieve not the most miserable picture and 60 fps in the game? I play at medium fps downloads from 40 to 60. My configuration is Intel core i5-46903.50GHz; Memory 8gb DDR3; Gforce GTX750 ti 2gb, can there be any detailed settings through the game config?
