Dialogue thread issue (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

when installing patch 1.10, the dialog branch (when talking with plot characters, which is displayed in yellow) became in English, and the subtitles and voice acting remained Russian. Has anyone encountered this problem? and how can it be solved?

another problem, also with the dialogues of patch 1.10: voices disappeared altogether in new phrases, and when the consequences of your actions are shown, the screen is just white and without sound
