Good day!Tell me somebody. As you know, after the 1st act, you can create a Nuclear weapon in the resources section.
resources and money are enough, but it does not give to create it, writes "the development is impossible, the requirements are not met."

So something is missing.
If I understood correctly, the resources now only need network resources for nuclear weapons.
