You need to activate and mark all side missions (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

is there a mod cheat or a program that activates marks on the map all side tasks in the game, because many players will be too lazy to find all the quests, and so it will be possible to activate / pass them not accidentally

Exactly what you want is neither in the console nor in the mods.
There are a couple of console commands that might help.
ShowAllFT (1) Open all pointers
ShowPins (1) Open all locations and icons on the map
ShowKnownPins (1) Show all questions

the commands are certainly useful, but they still do not help much in solving the problem ...

It's easy to make screenshots, and then put everything on the map, you just have to spend time.
