Rafiq disappears and appears (Assassin's Creed: Rogue)

Such a problem with the game. From the very beginning, throughout the entire game, the picture constantly flashes: it appears, then disappears. and it all depends on the angle at which I look at everything. Sometimes I turn around and everything is fine. Settings at minimum - it still blinks.
